This woman had underwent a primary breast augmentation in the past with saline implants. She from the beginning had problems with malpostion of the right breast implant.

This had been revised on without success. This patient underwent placement of silicone implant in a new pocket behind the muscle. She wanted no visible scars placed on the breast.
The initial implant malposition on the right has created skin that is stretched and cannot completely be addressed without excision. The right nipple is still displaced toward the armpit because of the skin that is stretched out over the medial portion of the breast.
